Introduction to Silicone Heating Film: It is composed of two layers of high-temperature resistant partially cured silicone rubber sheets that are hot-pressed and vulcanized with a resistance heating core. The silicone sheets are made of a layer of fiberglass cloth with silicone layers laminated on both sides through calendering. It has the advantages of good insulation, high temperature resistance, uniform heating, long service life, oil resistance, and resistance to acids and alkalis.

Composition of silicone heating film

Protective Layer: To further enhance the durability and safety of the heating film, a protective layer is usually applied to the surface of the heating film. The protective layer can be made of materials that are resistant to high temperatures, wear, and corrosion, such as silicone or fiberglass.
