The Guixiang Testing Center is a comprehensive testing platform fornew energy battery thermal management systems, accredited by CNAS. Italso serves as a key laboratory for new energy battery thermal management technology in Dongguan. Spanning over 2,500 ㎡, the center boasts a comprehensive verification system for heating films, thermal insulation materials, liquid cooling boards/units, and the materials, components, and systems of FPC/CCS. It is equipped with specialized laboratories for reliability, precision measurement, enthalpy difference analysis, vibration testing, and failure analysis, and features over 500 high-precision testing devices.
With capabilities in high and low temperature testing, metallographic microscopy analysis, internal and external corrosion testing, vibration and shock testing, and heat transfer performance testing, the center can fulfill over 90% of the DV/PV verification needs for various product series. Leveraging its extensive experimental resources and a team of experts, the testing center offers customers a full-chain solution encompassing R&D verification, mass production assurance, and fault tracing, continually delivering quality testing services to our customers.
Adhering to the development philosophy of “research-driven value creation”, the institute prioritizes the optimization and upgrading of the market, development, design, and operation. It has established an integrated one-stop research system for battery thermal management, encompassing heating, insulation, cooling, and data acquisition. Furthermore, it is progressively establishing and refining a robust R&D platform dedicated to battery thermal management technology.
The Thermal Management Research Institute comprises the Structural Department, Electronic Control Department, New Technology and Product Department, Systems Department, and Testing Center. It hosts renowned experts and national-level academic leaders in the field of heat dissipation, all of whom are industry elites with an average of over 10 years of experience. The institute boasts over 150 personnel at various levels of technology R&D, including one national-level overseas high-level talent, 4 Ph.D. holders, and 20 master’s degree holders. It collaborates with nearly 10 universities both inside and outside Guangdong Province, such as South China University of Technology and Shanghai Jiao Tong University.

It is a highly intelligent automated production line, capable of producing 70,000 FPC units, 50,000 CCS sets, 400,000 insulation cotton strips, and 40,000 heating films per day.
